Intracellular and Extracellular Antibiotic Resistance Genes in Airborne PM2.5 for Respiratory Exposure in Urban Areas

چکیده
The current research paradigm for the environmental dissemination of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) focuses on those harbored within bacteria (i.e., intracellular fraction). Understanding both and extracellular ARGs has particular implications flux fate that are airborne via fine particulate matter (PM2.5) from ambient atmosphere to human airway. In this study, we developed an operationally defined protocol urban PM2.5 quantify abundance occurring in free phage-associated DNA, addition their counterparts commonly analyzed bacterial cells. results demonstrated fraction comprises a significant proportion total PM2.5, with subtype-specific dominance either or DNA. A comparison between temperate subtropical cities revealed geographical disparities PM2.5-associated due influences regional meteorological factors oxidative gases. Considering potential horizontal gene transfers efficiency respiratory deposition, could represent >60% modeled inhalational intake most some cities. This study highlights importance dynamics health across climate zones pollution gradients.

passivity in waiting for godot and endgame: a psychoanalytic reading
this study intends to investigate samuel beckett’s waiting for godot and endgame under the lacanian psychoanalysis. it begins by explaining the most important concepts of lacanian psychoanalysis. the beckettian characters are studied regarding their state of unconscious, and not the state of consciousness as is common in most beckett studies. according to lacan, language plays the sole role in ...
Contribution of smoking and air pollution exposure in urban areas to social differences in respiratory health
BACKGROUND Socio-economic status, smoking, and exposure to increased levels of environmental air pollution are associated with adverse effects on respiratory health. We assessed the contribution of occupational exposures, smoking and outdoor air pollution as competing factors for the association between socio-economic status and respiratory health indicators in a cohort of women from the Ruhr a...
متن کاملthe search for the self in becketts theatre: waiting for godot and endgame
this thesis is based upon the works of samuel beckett. one of the greatest writers of contemporary literature. here, i have tried to focus on one of the main themes in becketts works: the search for the real "me" or the real self, which is not only a problem to be solved for beckett man but also for each of us. i have tried to show becketts techniques in approaching this unattainable goal, base...

In this paper several possibilities of vehicle extraction from different airborne sensor systems are described. Three major frequency domains of remote sensing are considered, namely (i) visual, (ii) thermal IR and (iii) radar. Due to the complementing acquired scene properties, the image processing methods have to be tailored for the peculiarities of the different kinds of sensor data. (i)Vehi...
متن کامل3d Resampling for Airborne Laser Data of Urban Areas
We consider the problem of resampling for the data obtained by laser scanning on an irregular grid. The data obtained by airborne laser scanning are scattered, and the resampling on a regular grid is needed for the generation of digital surface models (DSM). Some well-known methods are considered in this article: triangle-based linear interpolation, trianglebased nearest neighbor interpolation ...
